Vinay Maloo (Born on 11 Feb 1962) is the Founder Chairman of The Enso Group, a fast-growing Indian business entity in the investment, oil & gas, security & surveillance systems and infrastructure space.[1] on Vinay Maloo Maloo set up Enso in 2005, with its headquarters in Mumbai. Since then, the company has expanded nationally and in overseas markets.

Maloo graduated from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata in 1982 with a B.Com degree. He currently resides in Mumbai with his family. His son, Vaibhav Maloo, is a Director in The Enso Group.
At a very young age, Vinay Maloo founded Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) in 1987, along with partner Mahendra Nahata. HFCL has since grown to become a leader in the Indian telecom equipment industry. At HFCL, Maloo introduced new technologies in the Indian market and changed the face of the telecom sector in India. He pioneered the telecom revolution in the country. HFCL’s foray in acquiring a basic service project in Punjab has been developed into a model project. During his time, HFCL was the only private sector telecom company, all the rest followed afterwards.
After parting ways with Nahata, Maloo established The Enso Group in 2005. The Group has now ventured into the oil & gas and mining sector. It has acquired 14 oil & gas blocks in Asia, Africa and Australia. The Group is aggressively pursuing the acquisition of oil & gas blocks all over the world. The group is in talks with a few investors to raise capital for oil and finance arm of the company which is valued in billions of dollars. The company has also acquired concessions of iron ore, gold and diamond mines in Africa. Due to his private nature and desire for privacy, not much is known in public domain about his life and actual net worth.
Aspiring to become a major player in this sector with a sizeable production, apart from undertaking E&P activities globally, The Enso Group has recently entered into the management board as promoter of an oil field services company, which is listed on the Indian bourses. Maloo also has significant stakes in the security & surveillance sector, e-governance projects and infrastructure, besides a listed company in India.
Vinay Maloo is an avid reader of books of different genres, especially autobiographies. He is deeply interested in spiritualism and Yoga.
Vinay Maloo currently sits on the Board of AB Corp Ltd (ABCL), D.C. Designs and Asian Oil Field Services Limited.
An ardent promoter of the Jain Samaj, he has contributed to the society in many ways. He initiated relief measures and extended help through humanitarian organizations for the victims of the Rajasthan drought (2002) and the Orissa Supercyclone (1999).
